At Dr. Bailey Skin Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
